TA Associates (TA), a global growth private equity firm, is to make a significant growth investment in Veracode, a global provider of application security solutions.
Veracode’s current majority investor, softwares investment firm Thoma Bravo, will retain a minority position in the business. The transaction, which values Veracode at USD2.5 billion, is expected to be completed in Q2 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.
