TA Associates is reviving plans to sell French cosmetic treatment company Laboratoires Vivacy, people familiar with the matter said.

The buyout firm is working with BNP Paribas SA and Rothschild & Co. on a potential divestment that could value Vivacy at about 1 billion euros ($1 billion), the people said.
