Ropes & Gray has advised Monomoy Capital Partners, a middle-market private investment firm focused on operational value creation, in the formation of its fourth private equity fund (Fund IV).
The fund was oversubscribed with commitments over USD1.1 billion. Monomoy secured commitments from a globally-diversified group of limited partners for Fund IV comprised of leading endowments, foundations, pension plans, insurance companies and family offices.
