Lios Partners, founded by former OMERS Private Equity executive Jonathan Blair, is targeting USD200 million for its debut buyout fund, Lios Partners I, according to a report by BuyoutInsider.

Lios is planning to focus on investments in the food sector, making control or significant minority investments, typically ranging from USD25 million to USD50 million, in mid-market food and agriculture companies operating throughout the value chain.
