KKR has completed the formation of its second European real estate fund, KKR Real Estate Partners Europe II (“REPE II”), which raised approximately US$2.2 billion in capital commitments. REPE II is the successor fund to KKR’s inaugural European real estate fund, KKR Real Estate Partners Europe, and is dedicated to value-add and opportunistic real estate investments in Western Europe.
