Wheel Pros (the “Company”), a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of proprietary branded aftermarket vehicle enhancements for light trucks, SUVs, passenger cars and ATVs/UTVs today announced that Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. (together with its affiliates, “Clearlake”) raised new capital dedicated to fund the Company’s growth. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Wheel Pros is a leading proprietary branded aftermarket custom wheel platform with a portfolio of iconic lifestyle brands and a rapidly expanding presence in broader vehicle enhancements. Since partnering with Clearlake in 2018, the Company has more than doubled revenue and quadrupled its earnings.
