BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity Belgium completd its minority stake investment in the Het Poetsbureau group. Eubelius acted as legal counsel to BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity Belgium on the deal.
The group is active in the cleaning sector, including service vouchers, professional cleaning and glass washing, temping, in-house training and sale of cleaning products.
The Eubelius team consisted of Erwin Destuyver and Lene Verhaegen.
