CoolSys, a refrigeration, HVAC, engineering and energy solutions company, has acquired T&O Refrigeration, an independently owned refrigeration services company in the Southeast region of the U.S. With this acquisition, CoolSys expands its market presence throughout the Southeast with significantly increased market share in Georgia and Nashville, Tennessee. CoolSys is a portfolio company of Ares Management.
