    Apex enhances Loan Agency offering

    Apex Group Ltd (Apex) has expanded Loan Agency services both in support of existing loan administration capabilities and in support of private equity and leveraged finance client needs.

    In 2020, the business made a number of senior hires including the appointment of Paul Wilden from TMF Group as Global Head of Capital Markets to lead the development of the Group’s offering in the sector.

    Aman Bahel, Managing Director, Europe Head, Business Development at Apex Group, comments: “As we approach a post-pandemic world, debt investors will play a key role in economic recovery as they invest across the capital structures of businesses.”

    Paul Wilden, Global Head of Capital Markets at Apex Group comments: “We are pleased to announce the enhancement of our Loan Agency services, as we anticipate the growing and evolving needs of our debt fund, traditional bank lending, leveraged finance and private equity clients.”
