Central European private equity investor Abris Capital Partners has signed an agreement to acquire Romanian dental consumables and equipment distributor Dentstore.
Abris began investing in the dental sector in 2019, with the acquisition of Dentotal setting out a plan to create the clear leader in the dental supplies market in the region. Following the acquisition of Dentstore and that of Dentatechnica last year, Abris aims to continue building its portfolio of businesses in the sector through organic growth and further consolidation of local markets in the region.
Established in 2007, Abris Capital Partners is an independent private equity fund manager, focused on mid- market opportunities in the major countries of Central Europe, with an investment capital of almost 1.3 billion euro.
